Chaka Chilli Braai Wors Sausage Rolls with Mary – The All-in-One Meaty Fix

Ingredients:


  • 1 pack Nam Nam Chaka Chilli Braai Sausage

  • 1 onion – sliced

  • 1 green pepper – sliced

  • Fresh buttered hotdog rolls

  • A little oil for frying


Method:


Start with the Relish: Heat a drizzle of oil in a medium to large pan over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and green pepper, frying until softened and golden. Once done, remove from the pan and set aside in a separate bowl.


Sizzle the Sausage: In the same pan, reduce the heat to medium-low and add the Divine Deli Chaka Chilli Braai Sausages. Avoid high heat, as this can burn the outside before the inside is fully cooked. Cook, turning occasionally, until evenly browned.


Warm Up the Relish: When the sausages are nearly done, push them to one side and return the onion and pepper relish to the pan to heat through for a minute or two. Then, remove the relish again to a separate bowl.


Finish with a Golden Touch: Let the sausages cook gently for another minute or two until they develop a deep golden colour.


Assemble & Enjoy: Transfer the sausages into fresh, buttered hotdog rolls, top with the warm onion and pepper relish, and dig in. No extra spices, no fuss—just pure, delicious satisfaction!
