Asian-Inspired Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients
Stir-Fry:
600g Divine Deli Beef Sirloin or tender cuts - thinly sliced (substitute with Beef Strips)
2 tbsp sunflower or sesame oil
2 cups green cabbage – shredded
1 cup purple cabbage – shredded
1 red pepper – thinly sliced
2 carrots – julienned
2–3 garlic cloves – minced
1 tsp fresh ginger – grated
1 chilli – finely sliced (adjust to taste)
Sauce:
3 tbsp soy sauce
1½ tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice (optional)
Salt & pepper – to taste
Serve with either:
Egg noodles
Rice noodles
Jasmine
White rice
Method:
Make the Sauce
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
Sear the Beef
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok. Sear beef for 2–3 mins. Remove.
Stir-Fry the Veg
Add 1 tbsp oil. Fry garlic, ginger & chilli (30 secs).
Add carrots & red pepper (2 mins).
Add both cabbages (2–3 mins) – keep it crisp!
Serve:
Spoon over noodles or rice.
Garnish with spring onion, coriander or sesame seeds.
